Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Clients may reschedule their appointment to a future date and time based on availability during regular business hours. Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to approval. Clients have up to six (6) months from the original appointment date to reschedule and use their deposit or payment. If the appointment is not rescheduled and completed within this six-month period, all deposits and payments will be forfeited. Failure to show for an appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. By booking an appointment, the client agrees to and accepts this policy.
